Shipping / Delivery Policy

We adherex.in, know how important it is to deliver your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Delivery

• Within Tamilnadu – 1 to 2 days
• Chennai – 1 to 2 days
• South India – 2 to 3 days
• North India – 4 to 5 days

Packaging

• The product/s are placed in a double layer airtight sealed covers
• The cover is then placed in a plastic or carton box according to the quantity
• Again the box is placed in another paper cover, along with your address and it is finely wrapped with cello tap, to avoid any damage

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding sunday and public holidays. If you believe that the products are not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
